The Tshechu Festival in Thimpu, Bhutan is the largest and most important fall festival in the country.

Only monks or dancers from the Royal Academy of Performing Arts are allowed to dance at this festival, which is held in the courtyard of the Tashichho Dzong, which is also the seat of the Bhutanese government. The King attends this festival.
