Helpful Posts: As well as my underwater photography I also like to get down to a one of our beaches where the kite surfers gather this time of the year. This site is called 'The Pond' is famous world wide for the calm flat water which allows for the guys and gals to do their tricks.
These were taken with my Canon 450D and Sigma 18 - 250mm lens.

It's tough getting the extreme action of kite surfers with a background that helps you appreciate exactly what it is they're doing and how difficult it actually is. I think they're all pretty good but #4 is the stand out because it has all of the elements that show the extreme manoeuvre of the kite surfer against the horizon. The kites in the background also help to define the context of the activity that is happening. My one suggestion with #4 would be to clone out the half kite you can see on the left border.
