This is one of my better shots, I like it however, would like to hear comments an improvement suggestion.

I find that shots with foreground elements like leaves or reeds rarely work for me. But this is one of the exceptions.

However, just a couple of thoughts. I would consider a slight crop of the top and left side; not certain though, another case of try it then decide.

And I think I would clone out those distant objects on the horizon.

Finally, the shadows seem a little bit on the blue side. But that is a common affect with snow etc so if the highlights are correct I wouldn't worry too much about this.
