    Purple edges

    Hi folks,

    Looking for some help please in identifying the source of the purple edge below. The crop is from an unedited RAW capture.

    Canon 7D, Cannon EF-S 10-22mm @ 10mm, ISO 100, f6.3, 0.4, Lee .9 GND. 15 minutes before dawn.

    The purple appears around the edges of most of the shots I took that morning. I've had to crop them out in post processing. The second image below is the next shot in sequence, edited in PS.

    It's called lateral chromatic aberration. You can fix this in ACR using the Lens Corrections button and check the "Remove Chromatic Aberration".
