I feel this one has too much going on around the main subjects and our attention is not directed towards them in the way that it is in so many of your other images. I wondered if a tighter crop on the two men would work, but of course I do not know what your goal was for the image.

The issue for me is the window frame that covers so much of the face of the man on the right. If you had been able to crouch down and get both men framed within the window frame, that would have been better (I don't know if that framing would have been physically possible). Alternatively, if you had been able to frame the man on the left within the window and the other man completely outside the window, that would have also worked for me. As it is, this is one of your very few images that doesn't work for me.
