    Flowers and textures and lemonade

    So this is me making lemonade... my first attempts at it.. read it in magazine..they all my own textures and flowers..but it was bit windy today and didnt have patience to set it all up.So please lemme know what ya think..i actually quite like the effects..so much so i was thinking bout putting it on canvas..bit kitch...yes...

    oh and on side note.... my SB-910 arriving tomorrow, woooohoooo!!!Sorry had to gloat i work hard for it. I hope i can make use of it and learn as much as i can to try improve my macro shots.

    I love working with textures and you have made a good start.

    Have a look at these..free for use ( with attribution to the creator) and lightly does it until you have a feel for it.

    Nice work, Claudio.

    I wondered what the image would look like if you masked a few of the objects so they remained as photographed without the overlay. This is not a criticism, just me thinking and wondering. As an example, I wondered what the image would look like if the main white flower in the top image were not overlaid with a texture.

    Thanks Ken, i like that idea Ken, i will give it a go and post it up..i think it will definitely improve the image. Think i'll do it to the daisy as well.
