I was up at Spean Bridge this morning visiting my father. There was certainly a good dusting of snow at Drumochter Pass on the A9 and plenty of ice by the roadside going over from Dalwhinnie to Laggan.
This one certainly captures the beautiful light that we see at this time of year up here on the north-western fringes of Europe.
Nice capture Bernard,i'm a Scot now living in Turkey and this shot looks not a million miles fae where i walk my dogs in the mornings, flurry of snow on mountains the lot, only difference is it was 28deg c come the afternoon!
Donald,David,Murat,thanks for comments.....
Sweet. The view reminds me allot of the Northwest here in the states, low lying fog with the mountains rising above, with a dusting of snow up high.............
Thanks Jon,it,s Ben Lomond with Loch Lomond below the mist......
