From the look of the hook at the end of the beak of the one on the left it appears to be a species of cormorant. The coloring though is more that of a loon.

Maybe a Pelagic Cormorant They are smaller than most other Cormorants and have white areas.

Thanks Isabel, it was really quite a funny scenario that happened. One bird came up with a fish and was casually swimming along with it when a second turned up and started chasing it. It didn't take long before #3 turned up and it was full speed ahead. The first one was just not willing to share.
