Hi Manfred,do you use a special lighting for those shots because they are indoors?
These are all hand-held existing light shots using ambient light; i.e. fluorescent lights.
Considering the light reflections you must have been getting off the metal, you handled the exposure really well.

Aside from the fact that they're nice shots...ya might have told us what we're looking at.
Neat pictures, I like this sort of thing; the geometry and aesthetics of technology. Probably because I've spent a career as a technologist/technician I may see these things differently from others. I have a whole series of photos I have taken of electrical distribution lines and equipment. I find it interesting that people look at them and either say.........."wow, that's cool"......or stare blankly muttering "uh-huh, whatever." Good thing I just do this stuff for my own gratification!

Thanks Andrew; I think we are on the same page here (I'm a mechanical engineer, so I love mechical devices). I guess I am often intrigued by the details that the designers have included in equipment; industrial and others. We use equipment of some form or other all the time, but rarely look at it for its esthetic appeal; concentrating on functionality.
