OK then David, time to get pedantic! You should know better than to use the word ALL when it comes to entomology, or botany for that matter.
There are families of spiders which have 6 eyes. For example, Dysderidae and Segestriidae families; plus several others. Counting the eyes is one of the first stages in identification.
But yes, you are correct in saying that MOST spiders have 8 eyes.
