    Very nice John, I like the way that you are separating these partially from the background so that the shot does not look cluttered.

    Binnur, the second image is the same species of butterfly (Blue Morpho), but it is not the same individual butterfly that is in the first image.

    I would be suprised if they were the same butterfly,patterns and colours are so different in outer side and inner side of the wings.They are both superb

    Wings closed is the shot for me, John. So much more fine detail.

    I often think that this sort of pose is more attractive; and often essential for identification.
