Searching for something
Well the snow is almost all gone and everything is soggy and dirty. At least I found a couple things that interested me.
I thing the squirrel needs to work on its hiding skills...

Re: Searching for something
Thanks Isabel. The 1st is a walnut that the squirrels placed 9' up in a maple tree...it kinda made me chuckle. The 2nd & 3rd are tips of the ornamental grass clusters that we have spread around the property.

Re: Searching for something
Hey, I really like #2 & #3, #1...most squirrels are blind and methamphetamine addicted from eating all those acorns...they're more into groping around, hiding nuts is not their strong suit. Ya see, I've got this bridge that I'm trying to sell.

Re: Searching for something
Hi Jon.
Consider cropping the entire left half of #1 off so only the tree and walnut show. I think the branches in what remains being on upward diagonals make for a more dynamic image. To me, the left half does not contribute to the image.
I find #3 more appealing than #2. In #2 I keep looking for a main point of interest within the chaotic grass and can't find it. In #3, my eye travels back and forth between the top and bottom of the grass and I like the curvature from the stem at the bottom as the eye moves upward toward the top. The grass has a nice shape, and the ends of sprites at top add interest. My two cents worth.
