Re: More Jumping Spider Images
Great story and images David. Kitchen towel is useful for putting wet mini critters on to help them dry off
I think the bugs and mini critters affect photographers eventually because I was again sat outside my morning cafe today watching the world go by and scrutinising the flies that visit from the fish market across the road when along came the same rare emerald green one as the other day with the big brown eyes and joined me at the table.

Re: More Jumping Spider Images
Grahame and David .... you do live (or do you?) live in spider infested places? I bet you two have a few ziplock baggies in your shorts just in case a spider comes along while you are eating your breakfast, lunch or dinner...I once saw a daddy long leg in my bathtub and can't enter it until hubby came along to make sure not one is lurking in some obscure corners of it...In the meantime I used his bathroom or two days!! haha!
Anyway, David...those are nice shots...really sharp. I like the bongo he is holding and the vertical markings on his head...

Cheers Grahame, that's a cushion on our patio he is sitting on,that soaked up the water well
And when said fly sat beside you, where was your camera? Or is that a silly question
