I would consider it, were it to accept Canon glass.
If I had the money kicking around, I certainly would seriously consider looking at one, especially for portraiture and other people photography. Large sensor and decent glass from Pentax / Ricoh, why not?
It looks a lot better fit up than some of the other medium format digital cameras borrowing from technology that the company already owns.
I'll buy two of everything and mount it all on a broomstick so that I shoot in stereo.
Not.
If I had the money I'd certainly consider one. Its nice to see it has tech from the K3 in it meaning the AF and metering should be superb.
Price might make that catch on in some quarters. My view of the old film one is that it never really did. Wonder how many jpg+raw fit on the card.
The comment looses the advantages of interchangeable backs is interesting. I am not sure there really are any now.

I'm with David
I owned the Pentax 645 film and it was THE best camera I have ever owned even better than my Bronny SQAi
I was considering a D4s but I will now seriously consider this instead.
I want a versatile DSLR for shooting at Press conferences, that also has a great pixel count, and if this is anything like my old 645 then I will not hesitate

It's not full frame, I'll pass.
I'm still playing with MF - Micro Fourthirds

Just the thing to be sitting next to me in the passenger seat when I get my Lamborghini.
I obviously forgot the sarcasm tags.
Whenever there's talk of a new Fuji, Olympus, or Panasonic, anywhere online, there's always the "it's not full frame" trolls that inevitably show up. I was trying a feeble attempt at humour coming from the other direction.
In relation to this camera, if I had a need for medium format, it'd be a definite contender. Unfortunately for Pentax I'm selling off all my full frame Nikon gear because of size. I prefer my Olympus for the time being.
I'd love to have one of those.
I have absolutely no need for it whatsoever. But what's that got to do with it? I crave it! Well, I actually crave a Hasselblad, but that ain't going to happen either.
Could I plug Canon glass onto that puppy?
