Agreed with the above comments. I like the rich tones.
Consider cropping with an 8 x 10 aspect ratio that eliminates the red street sign in the lower left corner and everything to the left of it in that corner. That area of the scene pulls my eye away from the cacophony of roofs that serves as such an appealing background of the flag.

lovely shot but I do agree with Mike to remove some of the distraction. The roofs for me are the focal point.

Same picture, 8 x 10 as advised.
I kind of liked the second lantern in the lower left and the facade with the two windows in the upper left corners though…
