From your photographs it is hard to envisage her ever looking mean.
With the sort of backgrounds you have been forced to use I would only ever do the basic adjustments using lightroom and then tackle the background using photoshop.

PS, tell the lady that scratching one's nose leads to kissing a fool.
You are going to have fun with the wild hair in the first one if you modify the BG.

Most of the basic stuff in LR but tidying all those hairs is def a PS job ... Good luck!
Total agreement with the others who have pointed out the limitations of Lightroom.
Lightroom. like ACR is good for global adjustments and while it has some more localized adjustment capabilities (sensor dust removal, vignettes, gradients, etc.), you are truly entering the realm where your need a pixel based editor like Photoshop. Lightroom was not designed for the level of working with some of the issues you have here, like the clearly visible stray hair.

Yes. LR may not be able to handle those stray hairs .
But thinking outa-the-box, why split hairs over those stray hairs?
Simplify. Clone them out.
Hey, it's just me..... hehehe
