Went on what I thought was a recce late last Sunday afternoon to assess the potential of a local MX track. I thought that I might find a few riders practicing. When I got there, I found it hosting the penultimate round of the National championships - surprisingly unheralded by the local paper and "What's On" Websites. The bad news is that there were only two races left by the time I got there. The good news was that as a result I was admitted FOC (well it all counts ). These are some of the shots I managed to get.

#1 get my vote too...fast action shots can always be had on the "on-the-bend" shots...the grits and smokes and all that are such.
