I know where Seydikemer is David. When I first met you in CinC , I looked at Kemer on the map to see where it was , because the only Kemer I knew was in Antalya not in Fethiye and I was a bit confused . So I looked at the map and I saw a 'Seydikemer ' in Fethiye which wasn't by the sea. I think it is better to live a bit far away from the city center and sea , because it is always so crowded with tourists for at least half of the year.

As I said before I live in Çanakkale because the climate is much better here for my old dog's health. If I move to the south one day in the future , I will be happy to meet you

Not quite Fethiye Binnur, we are now called Seydikemer, about 34kms away, more in the countryside

Cheers Rudi, at the moment I am using a Canon 580ex 11, but any flash does as long as it is compatible with your camera, I have it side mounted on a flash bracket, my diffuser is a large MacDonald's drink cup with two sheets of kitchen paper over the end, I slide that over the flash and tape it on not pretty but it works quite well

Hi Binnur, yes I think its better to stay a little bit away from the tourist area's, we are only 30 mins away so its great when family visit and its just a short car ride away A couple of years ago we had a group of youngsters rent a neighbors villa, when I returned from my morning dog walk I was asked where the sea was? They thought they had booked Antalya Kemer They still had a great time though lol

I can remember you saying about moving for the dog, how is it doing? And of course if you ever visit this way we will definitely meet up

Hah ha.. Funny story about Antalya Kemer

My dog has been on heart pills since last June and he looks good for the time being. He is nearly 15 , so I'm trying to comfort him as much as I can. Thanks for your concern about his health
