Junkies queuing up for their hit
I like the two faces in the window, Phil. I think there is another picture in there.
That is a well conceived picture and it is good to see everybody the regulation 1' 11" from the person in front. I like the man looking sideways at the photographer and the variety of things they are doing to pass the time.
Half of them have their iphones in their hand...I think the suspicious look is not really what it is, he is trying to shield his iphone from the sun or something...your street photography is a way of life....very interesting what you will shoot next.
Well spotted Phil and a nice conversion. The coffee must be good.
Just like SHEEP, one starts on the road and they all stand on the road, just like cashpoints, dont queue along the side of the building queue across the pavement blocking it.
Thanks guys
@ Izzie - you've reminded me of a quote from the latest post on StreetPhotographyLondon.com - some fantastic images and a great read from Richard Sandler

@ Greg - I've visited this area a couple of times (there's always someone deep in conversation sat outside on the corner of this coffee shop and something going on) - I grabbed a shot with consent of a guy in the window who was perfectly framed, but unfortunately I was a little too low relative to the window frame and didn't have enough real estate in the image to correct the verticals. Next time...
Very nice shot
Street photography at its best.
Brilliant photo, those 2 faces in the window are great
Jealous; this is a great shot!
So much to love in this photo Phil! Once I got past the faces in the window and the perfect spacing of those in the queue, I was waiting for the queue to start dancing a la the queueing scene from Full Monty.
Thanks everyone. I saw a street image of people queueing at an ATM and thought I'll have to try to find a suitable queue when I'm next out and about. Another cliche on the 'to do list' is a busy train station concourse with everyone looking up at the departure boards and waiting for platform information. This location is great for street photography - one of my favourites so far in London. As for the guy shielding his phone - he looks very much like an actor who used to play Bradley Branning in Eastenders, if anyone is familiar with UK Soap Operas.
