    Hi David, sharp detail! Somehow it seems like it would be more natural if the image was rotated 90° CCW?

    Cheers Frank, the Fly's were actually upside-down I tried your suggestion first, and don't think it looks right, that's why I went for the vertical look But just for you

    What do you think? there is not enough room in the frame to rotate the image to straighten it up without losing part of the feet!

    Hi Izzie, it is hard to tell from that angle but male Fly eyes meet at the top, where as the female eyes are apart for me anyway this is the easiest way of telling them apart
