Helpful Posts: I opened the BBC Radio 3 site and they have this shot for their 'Through The Night' program. If this is a no-no please remove the post but I found the shot just so powerful I felt a need to share.

You have acted honestly and not made any claim that the picture is your own. You have attributed it to source. So long as you haven't infringed copyright then all is fine. The only other thing you could have done is referenced the actual photographer, if that information was on the host site.
