    Hi, Nick. Although 300mm mounted on a DX body is a good reach (450mm FFE), sometimes I wish I had a 600mm. When that happens, I just dont shoot and wait for the nest opportunity. Most of the time, though, I am happy with the affordable and lightweight 300mm.

    Great start for a new lens but then a lens can only be happy in expert hands.
