I actually believe it is beneficial to many to be able to see and discuss the failures, a great value in them being posted.

Showing failures make for a good movie, think of Madame Curie or Thomas Edison, if the movie only depicted their success then it would be a very shot film.

I think I can see why you might judge the first a failure, but it does stimulate a reaction and some interesting thoughts. There is a curious tension in the image, (for me), which if you had not fessed up, ......

Now as regards the other failure, I do find the structure, top right hand corner, somewhat distracting.....

Interesting. I have often observed how snow formations look like arctic landscape. That was a neat idea.
