    Chesty Puller COLORIZATION

    Hi Everybody,

So I've noticed that there are almost no pictures of Chesty Puller (most decorated Marine in WWII) anywhere on the web. So I decided that he would be the next colorization project. Took me about 4 hours overall to do this photo and most of the time was spent on the ribbon bars. I did my best to match the colors to the ribbons but it was hard to tell which ribbon was which since it was black and white. Let me know what you think!

    Thanks,
    Zak

I take it you have a color photo you used for authenticity? Creatively, nicely done.

I found a recent photo of his ribbon bars framed and copied the colors from those.....they don't match perfectly but close enough for me.
