Hi Bernard,
A lovely capture of the bird! Lovely light on the bird, great focus, beautiful detail in the wings, and gorgeous colour! Now try to capture him/her on a perch by a tree, or similar. ie; for a true belter!

I like the idea of the soft feathers contrasted against the rough wood, but those darker sections on the right are a bit distracting.
