Doesn't it make you wonder what is so absorbing? What kind of conversations are they carrying on? I don't talk to anyone for days on end and I am quite happy. In fact, this afternoon I had my first conversation of this week, and that was with a guy who is holidaying here and happened to be walking along the beach strip at the same time as me, and he made a sarcastic comment about a young woman who nearly collided with both of us because she had her head stuck in a mobile phone Originally Posted by IzzieK

About the cell phone mania, it is not only while walking, but also while driving, although this is by law forbidden here, but also as soon as tjhe mobile phone carrier sit down in a bus / train.....out comes the mobile phone.....I often wonder how they manage before cell phones came on the market.......
