They are all good Matt but I'll go for the composition and water action of No 2, followed very closely by No 3.
It's a great time of the day to shoot before the sun has risen and I find it's the light on the water when it's calm or smoothed as these are and if you expose well you can get away without the need for GNDs.
The blue cast is very common and unless you want to play around with WB on site it's very easily sorted by adjusting in post with WB or dropping the blue as already mentioned. I'm sure you have learnt that when you have a scene like this there's a very short time to explore it and capture a few compositions before that suns too high.
Not sure why you have used ISO400 with these as you had scope to open up a bit ?
As for PP, if they were mine I would drop the highlight in the sky a bit, open up the shadows a bit to get slightly more detail in the rocks (can be done globally or locally), and a very slight increase in clarity (which will define the sky slightly more).
The water smoothing, yep I'm a fan, and a fan of unsmoothed if it's got interest.
