    Hi Barbara,

    With this (if mine), I'd crop it square, losing some on the right and a little off the bottom edge, so the leaf goes into the lower right corner.

    That said, the focus and DoF is about as good as you could get.

    A pity about those background pale spots but you can't really help that.

    As Dave said, good focus and exposure but possibly a little bit too central?

    Got to agree the only improvement would be in a less centered crop with the leaf leading in and out closer to the corners.

    White spots suggest some cloning although that would be tricky around the antenna but strangely and nicely they 'match' the antenna in contrasting tones .... looking left the beastie would be better on the right vertical third and just below the halfway point.. cropped as suggested.
    Otherwise an image to be admired

    And I actually don't mind the white spots in the bg, they are not that distracting to me.

    Thanks John, my PP skills don't include cloning as of yet so it would be virtually impossible, but I am working on it!
