They are pretty good with the furniture, they have their own scratching post! (I have a few wounds though )

As Matthew says I think delcawing is illegal here unless its for medical purposes.

Samantha, our Siamese cat was de-clawed. She talks a lot and will answer you at every opportunity she can. She is 13 years old this year. She sleeps with my husband... I did not know that de-clawing is illegal that is why I said what I said...

I do love dogs as well Barbara Growing up we had plenty of dogs (mainly for hunting) and there were strictly no cats allowed in the house as my mother is allergic . But I had a few pet cats which lived in my grandmothers house.

I'm quite a busy person and don't have the time thats needed to dedicate to a dog, cats sort of do their own thing and don't need so much attention. Plus they kill all the spiders for me

Great pose and capture Matt. The eyes do jump out the viewer at first, almost giving it a bit of menacing feel...then the relaxed posture of the cat on the floor softens the overall feel to me.
