Dear All,
Here is one more shot, which I have taken on a street.
Your valuable inputs on the same will be highly appreciated.
Thanks - Tejal

Looks fine to me.
There is probably another scene here with a closer crop, possibly 4 x 5 ratio, to concentrate more on the boys. Although what you have here does show them in their general environment.
Very nice, they look very intent on their activities.
Nice composition. The stone and wood buildings add a nice texture.
A nice composition Tejal. I like the contrast between the old building and the modern boys. The images do need to be a touch sharper, I find.
Let me suggest two other crops that could be considered and why I's suggesting them:
1. Square crop - I find the edge at the very right a bit distracting and find that the brickwork on the left adds an element that needs to be downplayed a bit. The square crop is a little less "aggressive" than a rectangular one, but still retains much of the character of the background. Less may be more in this case.
2. The second crop carries on with the 4x5 ration crop you have used, but turns in 90 degrees. The boys and many of the elements in the image are vertical, so it plays up on this feature of your shot. This downplays the background a bit, which in turn accentuates more focus on the boys and the vertical space that they occupy.
I thinkl that the environment adds greatly to this image. Without detailing the environment, they might be a couple of boys just about anywhere.
A really nice photo!
+1 to Richard's comment Tejal. Very nice image and I prefer your original as it shows the environment better
