A couple of things strike me about this shot. The first thing is that the saturation level is a bit over the top and this is especially noticeable in the skin tones of the people and these just don't look right. I don't have a problem with a vivid image, but one has to be careful with skin tones. I suspect that if you are doing this in camera, your options might be limited, but in post processing there are ways of handling this with a bit more finesse.

You've also got the elephant in the shot, but have missed a bit of its foot.

Certainly an unusual angle.

I like the way the elephant has its hind legs crossed but just a tiny bit more space at the bottom would have helped; as Manfred has mentioned. Still a good image though.
