Indeed, nice catch... I love the 1st one because the bird is smiling and especially sharp. If it were my image I would crop the image a little bit off of both ends (eliminating the bokeh) to leave just the tree and the bird...

I think there is a slight green color cast on the images, if my eyes are not wrong.
