I agree. I was fighting with the No Prespassing sign, whether to leave it in or not. I don't think I would be able to clone it out successfully. Thoughts?

I do like the wider view better but agree the sign is distracting.

Second version for me too I find the bushes a bit too orange though, are they really orange color or is it your PP ?

Hey! I was resting...you woke me up...anyway here is my take on your supposedly difficulty...here I tried Content Aware in Photoshop, the used the healing tool, then the smudge too to tidy it up a bit...if you do not like me putting this up, I will remove it. OK??

I like your idea but it has been torn down and it is just an empty lot.

Yep, they're orange. The photo was taken real early Spring and they are dead.
