    Beautiful. My compliments.

My only question would about composition and whether the image needs as much in the immediate foreground; i.e. the out-of-focus grasses in front of the tiger's front feet. If you did crop it to, say, a 4:5 ratio, it lowers the tiger in the frame and moves it from being so central. Just an idea to think about.

This looks like a great shot of a beautiful animal.

Crazy thing is that frequently, images on CiC are displayed like this on my monitor...

    Tigress

Sometimes an image will be displayed correctly and then the next time I look at it, the image will be squeezed like this one. So, it has nothing to do with how the image is posted to CiC. It is just the interface between CiC and my computer

Richard, I can see the same as you right now but awhile ago when I wasn't logged in, I saw it in its normal image state...

Anyway, I will comment from what I remembered seeing four hours ago, Ashish...Your tiger looks dreamy...I like the composition and the colour...

Great shot with perfect focus...maybe take a selfie with it to get an idea of it's size.

Thanks Richard. I too face the same problem many times with the image stretching out. Usually it sets itself right when one refreshes the page.

Thanks Izzie... Like I mentioned in my reply to Richard... the issue of images stretching is a problem that i face too... refreshing the page generally sets it right.

Thanks Donald... I did try that but my thought was that the grass added value in terms of showcasing the environment in which the animal operates and so decided to keep the frame as it is.

What a privilege to see this animal, let alone photograph it so beautifully
