    Looking

I was walking through a humble suburb of Madrid when I saw this view of the "Four Towers" in the distance. I took several photos, trying to include a passer-by or two, when this man stopped right in front of me to gaze at the towers briefly before moving on. This was the shot, I thought.

    Re: Looking

    If that were mine Tony,

I would definitely rotate it so the towers (centre of image) were vertical (i.e. parallel to the edges of frame), then I might also perspective correct the foreground buildings so they don't lean in at the top.

Additionally, there are several bright things in the image which attract the viewer's eye, I would tone these down to avoid the distraction they cause. The worst offender being the bright (and weirdly jagged) top of the crowd barrier just to the right of your passer by. The second being several things touching the left edge of frame.

    Hope that helps, Dave

    Re: Looking

Thanks for your comments Dave. I was a bit lazy about correcting perspective and the vertical. Here's a better version. I reduced the brightness of the crowd barrier amongst other things, but didn't go much further. I also cropped out the annoying bit on the left frame. I also added a bit of grain for effect
