Raj - this is a tough one. The image is nice, but has two "flaws"; the bird on the bottom left and the blurry bird in flight. As usual, I find it easier to show what I'm thinking in edits, rather than just in words. I think the exposure is bang on; the image just doesn't have the same impact if you lighten or darken what you show here.
Cloning out the bird is easy enough, but the image loses a lot of the continuity and balance of the original, so cloning alone isn't going to work.
Assuming you want to stick with the aspect ratio of your original image, you will probably have to crop out the left hand side of the image close to the next bird on the left, as well as a bit off the bottom to get effective use of the remaining birds. This throws the top of the image out a bit to, so a small crop there is probably required.
I actually like the position of the bird in flight better in this shot. I felt it was a bit too centred in the original, but then it is still blurred and I find the light and reflection on the left hand side of the shot a bit distracting now as it is so close to the edge of the frame. Cleaning up these two things results in this image:
I remember taking pictures of the lake and town from a position past the left edge of this image (right near the "No Photography" sign...
