Team Work at brick kiln - C&C are welcome (B)

    Dear All,

Here are some more pics taken at the brick kiln. Your C&C will be highly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Tejal

Two more good compositions, I prefer the wider 2nd shot rather than the tight crop of the first.

Agree, it is quite better . But the lady in right is better in 1st pic than the 2nd one. Wish, I would have taken it properly.

I suppose you could crop out the lady on the left and emphasize the depth of the kiln. Also, that bit of open space behind the heals of the woman on right adds a bit of mystery or concern as it looks quite fragile.

Yes, now to somehow emphasize the hole directly behind her, perhaps add a bit of light so we can see into its depth.

I prefer the first one. In the second image the lady on the left has slightly blurred hands.

The composition of #1 is OK for me as it is now, although the edit does indeed work well and that crop doesn't lose too much from the background.

Tejal...this is too real that I can almost breath the dust in that atmosphere...both beautiful shots. I like the edit too as per John's suggestions. You are getting good at this...the colour is lovely too.

The colour and the light in both these images is, I think, tremendous. They are also good, strong compositions.

Thanks a lot Donald Sir. It was a great experience. For the first time, i witness the whole activity of brick making on that day and the life style of those labors.

Sorry about not commenting earlier, but I was out of town for a few days and didn't have a chance to comment.

You have a couple of excellent images here. The first one is definitely the stronger of the two, as the two women are more in synch the way they are positioned. The dust coming off the bricks really adds to the image,as do the women walking at the lower level. I prefer the initial presentation to the crop you did later.

The second one is nice enough, but is bit weaker than the first. Somehow the positioning of the two women is a bit more awkward and they are a bit too far apart.

Both very nice images Tejal. If I had to choose I would prefer #1. I also like the cropped version as a different photo but certainly not a substitute of its original
