Thanks all. I really, really wished the sign had said 'Foreclosed' or something to that effect but, lease available still begged the question, did they see it coming, did they know that their business was failing. After all, they/he/she are/were psychic...supposedly.

I think you need a crystal ball. Probably the closest thing that a photographer could have is a fish-eye lens but they end up with a distorted view of things anyway..

Reminds me of the psychic who was in an auto accident and sued the other party for loss of her psychic powers AND SHE WON THE CASE!
