    Lovely yellow color.... nice composition...i think drops are a bit heavy

    Hi Nandakumar, the drops are actually real raindrops that had fallen during the night and then frozen. Maybe you thought they were sprayed on, something I never do, and never need to do. It is raining again now!

    Occasional daffodils have been flowering here, in the deep south, for a couple of weeks.

    The raindrop question is mostly a matter of taste. Some people always spray them on, as you mentioned, but I usually prefer my flower shots without any drops; although there are always exceptions, such as where the drops contain good reflections etc.

    Very nice, Dave -- properly exposed. I was about to say that the drops are a bit on the heavy side too but you have already explained that. Good enough for me...
