Good composition, but possibly the black and white points need setting to improve the contrast?
I might also be tempted, if it were mine, to clone over those 6 staples on the right.

YOu know, I would try to lower down the shinyness of the sweat under her nose...she is a beautiful lady and this one is nicely exposed. Nice shot.
Such an interesting portrait. I might be tempted to crop to the table edge on the left so that the pointed toe had the illusion of a little more space.

Tejal - any classically trained B&W photographer (film and wet darkroom) will tell that a B&W image must contain the full tonal range from pure black to pure white. When you are dealing with just 256 shades from white to black, you need to include all of them to get a well exposed image.
