    You probably know better than me (most people do, or so I'm told), but I think it looks more like a web than a cocoon - I envisage this being another one of the 'spider explosions' - when they hatch.


    As a photo;
    I like the way the rear rope seems to loop around the foreground knot
    I like less the bit of dried grass hanging off the right hand side of the knot and the straight line above and below it, but I think it is all part of the web, so shouldn't be disturbed
    I like the light on the rope and the colour imparted

    I should know better than to challenge the master. But only time will tell.

    The rope is all of a piece and is used for raising and lowering the sunscreen.
    Indeed it is
    I worked hard on that colour.

    I do need to get intentional about shooting more than the obvious beauty found within our garden.
