Reminds me of the end of the book 'War of the Worlds' when the Martian machines are collapsing. I like it a lot!

Nicely done, Greg. I find the image really well executed. The cool tones are somehow ominous and add to the overall impact of your work.

Thank you all for your beautiful comments. War of the Worlds, praying mantis - both occurred to me - but not Tim Burton, even though I am a fan of many of his movies. Maybe he is where the influence came from, subconsciously.
