Monticello Veggie Gardens

These area few of Jefferson's vegetable gardens. Most are just beginning to be planted. Due to the micro-climate enabled by the garden's design and location it boasted an extra ~2 months of growing season compared to that of surrounding areas.

I realize that it is desirable to have the full range of shade B&W photography. I struggled to get the whites & highlights to reach the high-end and still have the overall contrast that appealed to me. None-the-less I still thought it to be an interesting shot. Your thoughts appreciated.
