    Price of Memory

Wow! Memory is getting relatively inexpensive. I like Lexar Pro 800x, UDMA-7, CF Cards. I know that some folks like SanDisk cards but, I have been using Lexar cards for ten years (the last five years shooting with the same five cards). They are (like the Energizer Bunny) still running strong. I thought that I might double my 800x card capacity...

I just purchased 2 of these cards an sale from Adorama for $65 U.S. Dollars with free shipping and no sales tax... THAT'S RIGHT AT ABOUT ONE DOLLAR PER GB OF MEMORY

I remember when I thought that a 1GB CF card was pretty large and, boy - was it expensive

    How things change eh.

I remember when I got my Nikon D70 (which cost a thousand quid) I bought a SanDisk Ultra 512Mb CF card to go with it that cost me sixty pounds - I recently bought a SanDisk Extreme Pro 32GB UHS-II card for the Fuji that cost just over fifty.

That's great to know because my memory is getting terrible.

When yopu lose your car keys, that's nothing to worry about. However, when you find the keys and wonder, "What the heck are these things?" Then it's time to start worrying
