Tejal - this is one of those images where I am having trouble figuring out what the subject is. The slide, the children playing on the slide? It's bright and colourful, but nothing in this shot really engages me. Cropping the top quite heavily and the right side as well gets us closer to the children playing there, but it still lacks the focus of your other work.

A very difficult scene to expose, Tejal. Some shadow areas against a bright sky!

Maybe try a bit more brightness in the midtones and risk the sky? Or selectively applied brightness?

Otherwise, once again, Manfred has said what I was thinking.

Beside the above mentioned you should not be visible as a photographer as you're now. The kids are seeing you and are not spontaneous anymore. I don't see them laughing. Try to focus more on less kids and a spontaneous expression. Being in their own world.
