Re: A few more birds
Nice set. All technically well executed. I really like the second and fourth images for the position of the birds. The profile shot on the turnstone is less than optimal. Compositionally all three of the grounded birds are centered vertically in the frame. IMO all three would be improved if the birds were lower in the frame. Also the bird in the tree might be better presented in a 4x5 format to reduce the amount of branches. Might also be worth a try vertical. But that's all fine tuning. Overall well done as is.

Some very nice captures and I agree with Dan's comments wrt cropping but these look to be on the hoof captures (i.e. no tempting tit bits to attract them) and that's doing it the hard way. Good work.

Hi ???, (I wish you'd give us a first name)
We get a lot of Red Kites round my way too; sadly few of my shots are as sharp as your - well done.
I tend to agree with Dan and Izzie on cropping some, although this would alter the aspect ratio through the series.
I struggle to identify many of the 'little brown jobs', even with some 10 books on the shelf and the internet!
Cheers, Dave
