That being said, there is nothing wrong with the image. The shot works technically and compositionally, but it seems to me I have seen something like this many times before.

I go absolute along which what Manfred said, apart from this, the image could also be shot anywhere else, perhaps a sand dune etc......as it don't shows enough of a desert landscape .....sorry.....just my two cents worth

Thanks Griddi... It was a passing shot and i thought having more of the blue sky would make for a better composition than increasing the foreground.
