Rain has its advantages. I love the second one. Great color, detail, and a lovely BG. One of the better iris images I've seen. For some reason those rascals are hard to shoot. When I used to shoot a lot of wild flowers they were my nemesis. I keep telling myself to get back to the wild flowers which we have in abundance in easy range. But I never seem to get inspired. I think it's the bugs. And wind. And bears...

Beautiful shots, Mark ...I like both of them -- you and Alan are so lucky to have wives who gardens despite the circumstances of sometimes rain and harsh sunshine...
