    Hold my hand

While out shooting landscape-ish shots for a project I'm working on, I watched this image unfold and managed to get a shot.

I was using my Nikon D7100 for this rather than the Ricoh GRII I normally use for my street stuff.

    A moment well-captured.

    Life imitates Art, eh?

Somehow this pair of older persons walking away from the camera seems appropriately sad, like they are approaching the end of their days. Great capture...

Yup, they're walking into the sunset with each other. Great moment, framing and touching shot.

Sunrise or sunset. It's hard to know sometimes.

    Great shot, Matt.

Perfect composition. Love it. I think the cyclist is in the right place and he adds to the image.

The only distraction I find is the puddle of water on the right hand side.

A square crop also works quite well.

Dem, I did originally crop the puddle out... so I might have a look at that again, thanks

Good catch Matt. The IQ proves that your Nikon certainly beats your Ricoh

Who would have known? Too many thoughts from such a wonderful image...some wouldn't bother, but the juxtaposition is excellent. Good job, Matt.
