    I believe that the internal color space in LR is a variant of ProPhoto they call "Melissa." However, LR renders the image on a screen (at least, my screens) in sRGB.
    Yes, the difference I believe is that 'Melissa' uses D65 white reference, not D50 per ProPhoto and, yes, ProPhoto is the later name for Kodak ROMM.

    If you don't care for Lightroom, as I don't, and have the Photoshop CC subscription, you can use Bridge to do preliminary downloads from the camera or memory card and file renames and then move to Photoshop and the file will automatically come up in ACR.
